ROSC is a voluntary organisation which means that it is managed by a committee of volunteers. The committee is made up of parents of the children who attend ROSC and employ the staff. Each family attending ROSC is a member of ROSC. It is also a registered charity called a SCIO (Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation) which means that it reports to OSCR (The Office of Scottish Charity Regulator).

Our current committee consist of Karen Fox, Chair, Vicki Reid, Secretary and Becky Pankhurst, Treasurer.
